Pamela Furr left behind the finance and insurance industry when she became the mother of a neurodivergent child. She experienced first hand the obstacles and frustrations faced by parents and children navigating the traditional education system, which fueled her passion to advocate for change.
Motivated by her commitment for inclusive education, Pamela founded Puzzle Box Academy and Kaleidoscope Interventions. She curated two organizations that focus on the customized learning experiences for neurodivergent learners, emphasizing understanding individual needs and fostering a supportive environment. With 16 years of educational experience and understanding that there are gaps in quality learning opportunities, Pamela established the Bridge to Tomorrow non-profit organization. The organization works tirelessly to support families, educators, and communities in ensuring that every child has access to quality learning opportunities.
